For Assassin's Creed Shadows, I had the pleasure to work on a few shaders.
One of them was this Snow.
Snow mainly used on assets like roofs and other.
I could create the entire logic of the shader , how the snow layers would accumulate, the snow textures and masks I needed myself.
One of the more interesting parts was figuring out the sparkles for the snow !
I was lucky enough to work with incredibly professional teams.
This game is a huge collective effort.
