Assassin's Creed Shadows - Fallen and rotting trees

One of the more fun asset kits I could make for Assassin's Creed Shadows.
Fallen and rotting logs , and trees, branches, stumps etc.
This was once again a place to go nuts with detail. Using our brand new vt geometry tech.
But also another new tech , GPU scattering on assets.
I could bring the details to a much higher level , using some custom tools I made for Houdini.
Some scattering of pieces , displacements , piece creation ,roots and others.
I also made some of the textures for extra variety.
On top I was able to use scatterred moss and small plants , and some mushrooms.

I was lucky enough to work with incredibly professional teams.
This game is a huge collective effort.
