Bebnum’s farm was one of the conventional level art locations I had to work on for the DLC. There was an idea of where it was going to be, but nothing else at first. Since I was going to create all the fields around Thebes and the farm was a central hub, I ended up creating the location and the layout with all the irrigation and field systems naturally blending with it. The farm was also a location for one of the quests so we worked with quest/level designer Ilia Tonev, to accommodate the quest needs.
The farm is a central hub of the agricultural activity in the upper region, it’s a large place serving as a rest stop and a granary.
